Britney wed in her jeans and a baseball cap and was walked down the aisle by a hotel barman.
On Monday 05/01/2004 less than 48 hours after the wedding, Britney filed for an annulment, saying it was a joke that went too far.
Britney and her 22-year-old husband apparently signed an annulment in the presence of lawyers shortly after the ceremony, which came into affect when the courts opened on Monday morning.
