PRINCE RICHARD AND BIRGITTE EVA van DEURS
Prince Richard married Birgitte Eva van Deurs from Odense, Denmark at St Andrews Church, Barnwell, Northamptonshire. Now both known as The Duke and Duchess of Gloucester.
The Duke is the second son of the late Duke of Gloucester and Princess Alice, Duchess of Gloucester. He is the grandson of George V and a first cousin to The Queen. He succeeded his father as Duke of Gloucester in June 1974.
The Duke and Duchess have three children, Alexander Earl of Ulster, The Lady Davina Windsor and The Lady Rose Windsor.

PRINCESS ALICE AND THE DUKE OF GLOUCESTER
Lady Alice became engaged to The Duke of Gloucester in August 1935. They were married on 6 November in a private ceremony in the chapel at Buckingham Palace.
They had two sons, Prince William (who was killed in a flying accident in 1972) and Prince Richard, who is now the present Duke of Gloucester.
The Duke of Gloucester died on 10 June 1974 and the Duchess became known as Princess Alice, Duchess of Gloucester to distinguish herself from her daughter-in-law who is now the new Duchess of Gloucester.

PRINCESS ALEXANDRA AND ANGUS OGILVY
Their engagement was announced on 19 November 1962 and they later married on 24 April 1963 in Westminster Abbey.
They have two children James and Marina and four grandchildren. Their children carry out no official royal duties.
